Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase and download from gradeworthy.co ("GradeWorthy", "we"). By buying or downloading a file you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital file you purchased. You may open it, copy it to your own devices, make a copy in Google Sheets or Excel, and edit it for your own use.

2. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, upload or redistribute the file or any part of it, including in Discord servers, group chats, forums or file-sharing sites.
  • Remove GradeWorthy's name, methodology notes or disclaimers from the file.
  • Use the data to build a competing product or price feed.

If you run a group or store and want a multi-user licence, email us; it is usually a simple flat fee.

3. Prices and data

Card prices in our products are market prices published by TCGplayer and Cardmarket, collected through third-party APIs on the date printed on each file. Grading and marketplace fees are taken from the companies' published price pages on the date shown. Prices and fees change daily; we refresh our products on a schedule and label every file with its data date, but we cannot guarantee any figure is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm a fee on the grading company's own site before submitting.

4. Not financial advice

GradeWorthy products are decision aids that show the arithmetic behind grading and selling cards. They are not investment, tax or legal advice, and they do not recommend buying, holding or selling any card. Collectible prices can fall as well as rise. Decisions you make with our tools are your own.

5. Trademarks and affiliation

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. PSA, CGC, TAG, Beckett, eBay, TCGplayer, Cardmarket and Whatnot are trademarks of their respective owners. GradeWorthy is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Card and set names are used only to identify the products being priced. We do not reproduce card artwork.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, rename or retire products. Buyers keep access to the latest version of what they purchased through their download link. If we ever discontinue a product, the last version stays downloadable for at least 12 months.

7. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: full refund before download or if the product does not do what its page says; fixes and free re-issues for errors.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
