Refund policy
Everything GradeWorthy sells is a digital download: spreadsheets, PDFs and CSV files delivered instantly after payment. Because a download cannot be returned, we handle refunds like this.
Before you download
If you bought the wrong item, or bought it twice, email info@gradeworthy.co within 14 days and before downloading the file. We will refund the order in full or swap it for the item you meant to buy.
After you download
Once a file has been downloaded we do not offer refunds for change of mind, because the product has been delivered. We do fix problems:
- File will not open or is corrupted: we send a working copy the same business day.
- A formula, price or fee is wrong: tell us and we correct it, re-issue the file to every buyer for free, and send you a discount code for the trouble.
- The product does not do what its page says: we refund it. Every product page states exactly what is included and shows preview pages, so you can check before buying.
Free updates are part of the price
Data products (Set Value Sheets, reports) are refreshed monthly and fee tables are updated when grading companies change their prices. You receive every refresh through your original download link at no charge.
How to reach us
Reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@gradeworthy.co. A person reads every message and you will get an answer within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
